Based on the principles from The Growth Department - this live program turns ideas into execution, with step-by-step guidance on how to actually build and run it inside your company.
Session 1: Clarity
Most post-sale teams can’t agree on what the job actually is, who owns the number, or how they know if they’re winning. In session one, you’ll establish one owner, learn the concept of one mission (Keep, Grow, No Surprises), and develop one Scoreboard that tracks what actually matters.
Session 2: Commitment
This session covers the three things you need to govern your customer base: a Segmentation Plan to allocate resources by expected return, a Risk Registry to make risk visible in the system, and Account Plans for your top 20%.
Session 3: Cadence
A system without rhythm just creates inconsistent documents nobody looks at. You'll learn how to install the Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly operating rhythm: meetings that produce documented, trackable decisions with named owners.
